• To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team with your order number and request for cancellation.

2. Refunds:

• Refunds are issued for eligible items returned within 10 days of the purchase date.

• To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective.

3. Return Procedure:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date.

• Please securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during return transit.

• Include the RMA number and a copy of the original invoice in the return package.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective.

• Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you require a different item, please follow the return procedure for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

• In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with accompanying photos.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
